In order to use our services, a user may first complete the sign-up form. During registration, a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is collected when you purchase a product online, over the phone or communicate with us via any channel to ask us to send you information about our products. Demographic information collected is used for our internal market analysis purposes.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and email address. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter via email or letter mail as part of our customer communications. In addition, we also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to unsubscribe from customer communications, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.
We retain an electronic correspondence between us, be it via email, telephone calls or messages on our various social media channels.
Data collected for certification and participation in the Partnership Program are used to add you/your company to a list of FlameOFF® certified applicators and to display you/your company on our website interactive map. Your contact information may be shared with our customers in case they have questions or requests to use your services.
In order to fulfill our contract with you, it is necessary to share your personal data with certain third parties. For example, it is necessary to share your name and delivery address with the courier firms who will deliver your products. We carefully select these suppliers and require them to operate with the highest data protection standards.

If you are a FlameOFF® certified applicator or distributor, we may display or share your company information such as name, address, phone number, etc. It helps customers to identify your company and contact you directly easily.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
