From the initial contact, purchasing and tracking my order, timeliness of delivery, and answering my questions about the product, my experience was nothing short of excellent.
The FR Clear coating was applied to wood surfaces, and everything performed exactly as expected. All the information needed, certifying my crew to apply the product, and printing certificates of application was simple and without glitches.
Thank you for your support. Great company to deal with in a time of urgent need.
Extremely satisfied with FlameOFF. I was consistently updated due to extreme weather conditions at shipping locations and as shipment was enroute to our destination in Texas. Top notch service!
Great experience working with FlameOFF! The team was professional, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Communication was excellent, and I really appreciated their attention to detail. Highly recommend!
Great company with awesome people representing FlameOFF! I value these people and give them a raise!
Everything went fabulously. Dale was more than accommodating.
Abby was extremely helpful as always, providing great support with our FR Clear order.
Unlike other products that fall out of suspension, FR Clear from FlameOFF stays consistent and is easy to apply.
I placed a special order for Fire Barrier Paint that we needed on a tight timeline. I initially had trouble uploading our tax-exempt certificate online, so I placed the order by phone.
Dale made sure the certificate was received and correctly applied, helped complete the order, and clearly explained shipping details given the product's temperature sensitivity. The order shipped exactly when promised and arrived the very next morning - much faster than expected.
Dale is exactly the kind of professional every company hopes to have and every customer hopes to work with. If all vendor interactions were this easy and efficient, my job would be a dream. Thank you for the outstanding service!
