Unless otherwise specified, all orders of FlameOFF Fire Barrier Paint purchased from FlameOFF Coatings Inc. are not returnable and non refundable after purchase.
This product is enrolled in a 3rd party listing program. The manufacture and storage/handling of this material is audited. For this reason, the product cannot be returned to stock once it has shipped. Please thoroughly consult our technical team before purchasing this material, as all sales are final.
FR Clear:
Any returns of the product FR Clear must be made within thirty days of purchase. Please be mindful that all refunds of FR Clear do not include shipping costs, and require a 10% restocking fee.
IX2:

Freeze Warning
In the rare event that the product arrives frozen, FlameOFF Coatings, Inc will ship a replacement via UPS ground or offer a full refund.
Customers must supply a photo of the frozen product upon arrival; claims will not be accepted after the day of delivery.
